Helping organisations
work smarter

I build organisations where quality is understood, owned, and improving.

Quality is not a department. It is a mindset.

Three approaches that shape how I work

Process Approach

A well-described process is not bureaucracy. It is the common language that makes improvement possible.

Audits & RCA

The best finding is one that changes something. I use audits and root cause analysis as tools for improvement, not compliance theatre.

Proactive Quality

Building quality in from the start beats fixing it at the end. I work proactively, not reactively.

Where I make a difference

You might need me when your organisation is scaling fast and processes are not keeping up. When the same problems keep coming back because nobody has looked at the root cause. Or when quality exists on paper but not in the way people actually work.

I combine audit authority, process design experience, and the facilitation skills to bring people with me. I work across the full organisation, from C-level to development teams, and I am equally comfortable running a certification audit, facilitating a process walk, or navigating a difficult conversation about a problem that keeps recurring.

What changes when I am in the room

Teams start to understand the end-to-end process, not just their own part of it.
Quality stops being something that happens to people and starts being something they own.
Improvement becomes a rhythm, not a project.
I listen before I speak.
I coach before I direct.
I seek to understand before I decide.
I build with others.

Complex challenges rarely need louder voices. They need clearer thinking.

Writing on quality and how work actually flows

Let's talk about what quality can do for your organisation

Nina Jussilainen

I work with organisations that want quality to be more than a checkbox. If that sounds like yours, I would be glad to have a conversation.
